This site collects no personal information, so it has no contact form and no email address.
Every listing value links to its source record and shows when we last checked it. When the source changes, our next refresh picks it up; a record that leaves the source is removed.
To correct a value, ask the source that holds it to correct its record: IDFPR Professional Licensing (data.illinois.gov), TSBDE licensee lists (Dentist.csv).
Values this site works out itself (areas, bands and labels) follow the fixed rules on the sources and method page, so they change only when the source record does.
